• Extensive office and retail fit-out experience, delivering snag-free handovers on fast-track programmes

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), First Aid, Asbestos Awareness

• Track record of managing subcontractors, H&S, client liaison, and programme delivery on £1m–£5m projects

🔹 Contracts Manager – John D

• 15+ years in senior management across residential conversions, modular, and refurbishment schemes

• Oversaw multiple concurrent projects ranging from £500k to £10m across the UK

• Strong in programme oversight, subcontractor negotiation, and maintaining client relationships

• Known for problem-solving in occupied buildings and tight city centre logistics

🔹 Quantity Surveyor – Simon W

• Experienced QS with background in fit-out, refurb, and mixed-use residential

• Comfortable managing full commercial lifecycle from tendering and procurement through to final account

• Proficient in cost reporting, subcontractor payments, and value engineering

• Worked with both main contractors and specialist subcontractors on fast-paced programmes
